1. When will my order ship?
Our products typically ship within 3-5 business days after you've placed your order. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
2. Will I receive an email with my order details?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, summarizing all relevant details including your order number and expected delivery date.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it is processed and shipped promptly. If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately via the contact page. We can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been shipped yet. After shipping, the order cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return once the item arrives.
4. What is the exchange/return policy?
We value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund
- To initiate a return:
- Email us with your order number and reason for return.
- The item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition, in original packaging, with all accessories.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
5. Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes, at Vvyapi, we currently only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method. We understand that additional payment methods may be more convenient for some, but at this time, COD is the sole method available.
6. Are there any additional fees?
No, we do not charge any additional handling, processing, or hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
7. How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping for all orders within the country.
8. Who ships my package?
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor its progress.
9. I made a mistake with my shipping address. What should I do?
If you’ve provided the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately via the Contact Us page. If we receive the request within 24 hours of placing your order, we will update the address for you. If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes. In such cases, the package may be returned to us, and we can reship it to your correct address.
10. My package is delayed. What should I do?
We work with reliable couriers, but sometimes delays can happen due to factors like weather or high demand. Please use the tracking number provided to check the status of your package. If the delay is significant or you're unable to track your order, please reach out to us, and we will assist you.
11. Are your products packaged safely?
Yes! We ensure that all products, especially delicate items like dry fruits, are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. We take great care in packaging your items securely so they arrive in perfect condition.
12. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
At the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping services, but we ensure that our packaging is simple, secure, and professional.
13. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the country. We are exploring options for international shipping, and hope to offer it in the near future.
14. How can I contact customer support?

15. Can I return opened dry fruit packets?
No returns are accepted for dry fruit packets if the seal is broken or the packet has been opened. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food items once the packaging has been opened.
