Return & Refund Process

  • Timeframe for Returns: If you are not satisfied with the product you received, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please provide the following:
    • Your order number.
    • The reason for the return.
    • If the product is damaged or defective, we may ask for photos to assess the condition.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement for Replacements: To qualify for a replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video should clearly show the condition of the product at the time of opening the package, including any damages (if applicable). Failure to provide this video may result in your request being denied.
  • Return Approval & Pickup: Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the returned parcel within 3-4 working days.

Refund Process

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the receipt of the returned product.
  • Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. We cannot process refunds for used or damaged products unless they were received in that condition.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

  • We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests that do not meet the above criteria, such as:
    • Requests made after the 5-day return window.
    • Failure to provide the required unboxing video for replacement requests.
    • Items returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete state (unless the product was defective upon arrival).
